La prevenci\u00f3 se centra en la detecci\u00f3 de situacions de risc per evitar-les, promovent espais i relacions segures. Tamb\u00e9 cerca donar eines per a la detecci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3 de situacions i relacions on hi hagi la possibilitat d’abusos.<\/span><\/div>\n

Identificar espais f\u00edsics amb risc i modificar-los. Per exemple, amb vidres a les portes, augmentant la visibilitat guardant la confidencialitat i discreci\u00f3, il\u00b7luminant certs espais, etc.<\/p>\n

Aix\u00f2 inclou formaci\u00f3 a dist\u00e0ncia a trav\u00e9s de r\u00e0dio Ecca, i programes presencials a tots els nostres sectors. La formaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s especialitzada s’imparteix mitjan\u00e7ant UNINPSI (Unitat d’Intervenci\u00f3 Psicol\u00f2gica d’UPComillas)<\/span><\/p>\n

A Educsi, els 68 col\u00b7legis tenen tots els seus equips directius, personal administratiu, responsables i coordinadors i claustres formats.<\/strong> S’est\u00e0 donant la formaci\u00f3 als coordinadors de pastoral i extraescolars, que tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n \u00e0mbits de risc. I abans d’acabar l’any, volem comen\u00e7ar a tenir algunes sessions amb alumnat i fam\u00edlies, en alguns nivells. Es t\u00e9 en compte formar tamb\u00e9 les noves incorporacions de personal docent i administratiu o col\u00b7laborador. En total, estem parlant d’un total de prop de 3000 persones<\/strong> (treballadors i col\u00b7laboradors) formats en aquest temps<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

A l’\u00e0mbit universitari (universitats i col\u00b7legis majors), han rebut formaci\u00f3 tots els AES de cada centre (un m\u00ednim de 7 hores), i un bon nombre de PDI (personal docent i de recerca), entre ells diversos responsables de diferents departaments, tamb\u00e9 han participat al pla formatiu online a trav\u00e9s de R\u00e0dio ECCA al llarg d’aquest curs. S’est\u00e0 realitzant una adaptaci\u00f3 de la formaci\u00f3 a les diferents caracter\u00edstiques i peculiaritats de cada entitat i est\u00e0 programat comen\u00e7ar a impartir-la el proper curs 2022-2023. Tamb\u00e9 est\u00e0 prevista una presentaci\u00f3 del Sistema d’ES a l’alumnat a les sessions de presentaci\u00f3 al comen\u00e7ament de curs, abans de continuar oferint-los \u201cp\u00edndoles\u201d formatives durant el programa acad\u00e8mic. Mentrestant, s’ha anat fent difusi\u00f3 del sistema mitjan\u00e7ant un v\u00eddeo divulgatiu que est\u00e0 incl\u00f2s a la informaci\u00f3 de les pantalles informatives que t\u00e9 cada centre. <\/span><\/p>\n

En total, unes 200 persones ja han rebut la formaci\u00f3<\/strong> i el calendari per al proper curs, abastar\u00e0 un nombre molt m\u00e9s gran de persones que ja hauran estat formades. <\/span><\/p>\n

Al sector social, tots els coordinadors i responsables tamb\u00e9 han rebut la formaci\u00f3 i en aquests moments, m\u00e9s personal i col\u00b7laboradors estan realitzant un pla formatiu online a trav\u00e9s de R\u00e0dio ECCA. Algunes entitats estan formant m\u00e9s \u00e0mpliament el personal, a causa de la singularitat del seu treball, ja que necessiten aprofundir en algunes q\u00fcestions que els repercuteixen m\u00e9s directament (treball amb menors que resideixen a centres assistencials; intervenci\u00f3 en altres pa\u00efsos i amb poblaci\u00f3 immigrant; centres d’exclusi\u00f3; social, etc.) Fins ara m\u00e9s de 230 persones han rebut la formaci\u00f3<\/strong> m\u00ednima.<\/p>\n

El sector pastoral \u00e9s el darrer a incorporar-se a les formacions, degut a la gran variabilitat de les obres i la complexa organitzaci\u00f3 de totes les activitats que at\u00e9n. Si b\u00e9 \u00e9s cert, que una part dels responsables ja han rebut la formaci\u00f3, en formar part, en alguns casos, d’altres sectors (educatiu o social). Per descomptat, els responsables dels eixos d’aquest sector i els AES ja l’han rebut, aix\u00ed com un n\u00famero significatiu de la pastoral universit\u00e0ria (Magis+), que ha participat en la formaci\u00f3 en l\u00ednia de R\u00e0dio ECCA.<\/span><\/p>\n

A m\u00e9s, hi ha \u00e0rees transversals<\/strong>, com tota l’Administraci\u00f3 de la Prov\u00edncia, que compta amb m\u00e9s de 60 persones, que han rebut formaci\u00f3 anualment sobre el SES, els abusos i el bon tracte.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

El mateix passa amb els 63 jesu\u00eftes en proc\u00e9s de formaci\u00f3 a la Prov\u00edncia (i aquells que s\u00f3n d’altres prov\u00edncies, per\u00f2 que fan part dels seus estudis aqu\u00ed). Dins el seu programa formatiu, tot all\u00f2 relatiu als abusos, la vida afectiva, el celibat, el bon tracte, els aspectes can\u00f2nics, etc., est\u00e0 desenvolupat al llarg de tot el seu proc\u00e9s<\/strong> i es va realitzant anualment un paquet de 3 sessions espec\u00edfiques respecte a alguns d’aquests temes, que es van actualitzant i incorporant per posar m\u00e9s \u00e8mfasi en la prevenci\u00f3 i l’abordatge d’aquests casos. Tamb\u00e9 est\u00e0 prevista per a aquest curs alguna sessi\u00f3 formativa orientada als superiors i acompanyants dels escolars, ja que juguen un paper important en el tractament d’aquests aspectes tan rellevants.<\/span><\/p>\n
